Currently we are conducting multiple empirical, longitudinal research studies examining the impact of the strengths gym program on adolescent well-being, including life satisfaction, positive affect, and self-esteem. Results of these ongoing research projects will be available upon publication.

One of the key aims of Strengths Gym is for students to become more aware of strengths – in themselves, in other people, and in the world around them. This can lead to increased self-esteem, academic achievement, and ‘prosocial’ behavior (e.g., better teamwork, improved social skills).
